1. Why is EdenSleep transitioning to Resmed?

EdenSleep is rebranding to Resmed to align more closely with Resmed’s global mission: providing leadership in sleep health and non-invasive ventilation through innovative technology. This change allows us to better support the diagnosis, treatment, and management of sleep-disordered breathing under one trusted name.

2. Will my current treatment or service be affected?

No. While our name and logo are changing, you’ll continue to receive the same care, treatment, and support from our local team.

3. Will I still be able to contact the same team?

Yes. The same friendly and experienced staff will remain in store and available to support you.

4. Will my data or records be transferred?

No. There’s no transfer required, we remain the same company, simply operating under a new name. Your records and data remain secure.

5. Will there be changes to products or pricing?

You may start to see more Resmed-exclusive products available in store and online. At this stage, no pricing changes are planned.

6. What happens to the EdenSleep website and contact details?

Over the next few months, the EdenSleep website will be rebranded as Resmed. Our contact details will stay the same, so you’ll still be able to reach us as you always have.

7. Will my appointments or follow-ups change?

No. Your appointments and follow-up services will continue as usual, with no changes.

8. Can I still access my sleep reports and therapy data?

Yes. You’ll continue to have access to your sleep reports and therapy data, supported by the same systems and team.

9. Will I need to sign new paperwork or agreements?

No. Our legal entity remains unchanged, so no new paperwork or agreements are required.

10. Can I still order supplies the same way?

Yes. Ordering supplies remains the same. The only difference you may notice is that certain items may be stocked in branches while others are available through our warehouse.

11. Will I have access to new Resmed products?

Yes. As Resmed launches new products, we’ll introduce them gradually across our stores and online channels.

12. What’s the timeline for changes?

  • Christchurch store opening: November
  • Website transition to Resmed: December
  • Branch rebranding: Over the next 12 months

13. What changes will I notice when visiting?

You’ll start to see updated signage, posters, and brochures featuring the Resmed brand. Product ranges may also expand to include more Resmed-exclusive items. What won’t change is the great service and support you’ve always received.

14. Will there be pricing changes?

No pricing changes are planned at this stage.
