Our ApneaLink home sleep screening tests are simple, painless and value for money.

We will send you a small monitor like the one shown here for you to wear for one night at home in your own bed. It monitors and records the rate at which your heart is beating and the level of oxygen in your blood, it also records the pattern of your breathing via some small nasal prongs.

We ask you to fill out some paperwork about your physical characteristics and your sleep pattern on the night in question.

When you wake up all that remains is to put all the papers and the monitor in the courier return bag and send it back to us. We will download the information and use it to create a simple and easy to understand report for you and your doctor.
